I inspected it yesterday and was able to go in and take photos. I checked Permit Trak and the microfiche documents, and it only contained permits for when the house was being built. Work has been done and undone since it was built, without record of permits. My notes, documents and photos are in Code Trak. I found additional information and photos from Redfin that show the differences, particularly in the basement and garage. The house was most recently purchased in January of 2016. I'm guessing the unlawful/unpermitted work was done before that, but now the owner is responsible. The current owner is using it as a rooming house. There are currently four unrelated tenants, based on my observation. Another is supposed to move in today, per our conversation. Will you please provide code violations and corrective action for me to pursue this? Thank you!
