If you are not constructing the deck or if it needs to be removed because you are not permitting it,then the revised plans need to show that. Same with the garage,the plans need to show that you are removing the unpermitted work in the garage and returning the space to a garage. If you are reinstalling a garage door,your plans need to show that. If the shed you are removing is attached to the house and you are demolishing it,then your plans need to show that too. Once we receive your revised plans,we can move forward with your review.
