On October 8, 2019 a meeting was held at Public Works with Mr. Dong, <br /> Registered Agent of Titan Real Estate Holding LP. This meeting was attended by <br /> representatives of Planning, PW, Permit Services, Building and Code Enforcement, in <br /> order to provide Mr. Dong with the information needed to bring the subject property <br /> into compliance with City of Everett Municipal Codes. This citation sets forth who is <br /> legally responsible for the violations (Respondent), the location and zoning of the <br /> property, the conditions that are noted to exist, the EMC sections that are being <br /> violated, what must be done to eliminate the violations, and the deadline by which the <br /> violations must be corrected. <br /> The issuance of this citation results in a hearing in front of the City Violations Hearing <br /> Examiner. The date, time, and place of the hearing are included at the end of this <br /> notice.
