The green area I believe are detention ponds for the upland development(?) —not naturally occurring (?) Does that
make a difference in the assessment of critical areas?
Happy to provide additional information as needed.
Thank you!
Brad
— ►`vl, pi4:A Brad Chenoweth
Capital Projects Coordinator I Parks & Facilities
`v W425-308-3939 802 E Mukiheo Blvd, Everett, WA 98203
EVERErr everettwa.eov Facebook ITwitter
Note: foods and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are Publk records and maybe subject to disclosure Pursuant to the Public
Records Mt.
From: Danielle Marshall <DMarshallna everettwa.eov>
Sent: Thursday, March 2, 202312:15 PM
To: Brad Chenoweth <BChenowethOeverettwa.eov>
Cc: Kelsey Heyd <KHevdNteverettwa.eov>, Steve Ingalsbe <Slnealsbetmeverettwa.gov>
Subject: PW2302-003 Hannabrook Park
Hi Brad,
Thank you for your Public Works application PW2302-003. I am reaching out for more information for the Planning
Review. The site plan and the schematic drawings do not have the fitness centers in the same locations. Is one of the
attached documents more accurate for the proposed locations?
There are both slopes and a wetland mapped on the property. I've Included Steve and Kelsey in this discussion for
additional guidance. Would both a Geotech letter and a critical areas delineation report be necessary for further
development of this property?
