To: Brad Chenoweth <BChenoweth@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Steve Ingalsbe <Singalsbe@everettwa.gov>; Danielle Marshall <DMarshall@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: PW2302-003 Hannabrook Park
Hi Brad,
Thanks for confirming. We can go ahead and just mark in the file that L3.0 is the correct site plan —we assumed as much
but just wanted to make sure since they vary quite a bit.
GoSync specifically identifies the front pond as having been generated for storm facilities but has the larger area marked
as a wetland. In looking at the map closer there does appear to be some drainage easements leading to it, and
potentially a mislabeled detention pond notation nearby further supporting it being manmade and exempt from the CA
standards. We'll look into that a bit further land if that's the case, get gosync updated to better reflect this as well) but if
you have any documentation more readily available on the matter we can take a look.
Station 3 does appear to be located where we have high erosion and medium landslide areas marked. Even if the final
location is located entirely within one of the mapped "low" hazardous areas, the proximity to those higher -
designations would still be of concern. EMC 19.37.070, Table 37.1 requires a geological assessment letter when there is
a potential geologically hazardous area on or within 200 feet of the project. If a geo letter has already been generated,
please provide it otherwise I believe we'll need one to proceed with Station 3 as shown or we are happy to discuss
alternative locations if you'd rather avoid that process.
Feel free to reach out to me for further communication on this project
Thanks,
— Kelsey Heyd
Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
425.257.7275 13200 Cedar Street 2"u FI., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT eyerettwa.eoy I Facebook ITwitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the any of Everett are public records and may be stated to disclosure pursuant to
the Public Records Ad.
From: Brad Chenoweth <BChenoweth@everettwa.eov>
Sent: Thursday, March 2, 2023 2:27 PM
To: Danielle Marshall <DMarshall@everettwa.eov>
Cc: Kelsey Heyd <KHevd@everettwa.gov>; Steve Ingalsbe <Singalsbe@everettwa.eov>
Subject: RE: PW2302-003 Hannabrook Park
Hi Danielle,
Thank you for your email. Re: the two plans:
COE-Parks L-1 is the correct proposed locations for the equipment. My apologies the Northwest Playground plan was an
earlier version. The illustrative images showing the equipment was intended to provide dimensional information re: the
equipment enclosure area and clearer graphic representation of the equipment. Would you like me to pull their plan
from the set?
Thank you for the GoSync reference. The proposed station locations will not affect/disturb the existing steep slope
conditions.
