STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR B1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR d1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing she conditions: <br />The proposed project limits are located at the Thornton Sullivan Park playground at <br />11405 W Silver Lake Rd. The playground currently sits at a high point close to Silver <br />Lake and consists of wood chips and play structures in a 14,000SF area. <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />The project site currently consists of playground equipment enclosed by 6 inch concrete <br />curb. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />The slope of the project site is relatively flat and consists of a curb around the perimeter <br />of the site. Just outside of the project site, the surface slopes towards Silver Lake. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />The ground consists of woodchips within the project limits and curb around the 14,000SF <br />playground. There is an asphalt path around half of the perimeter of the playground and <br />grass around the other half of the perimeter of the playground. <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity Its): <br />The playground is surrounded by trees and vegetation with grass just outside the North <br />and West sides of the playground. <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />Small Project Stom crater Sole Plan Report Dec 2019 <br />
