(an Intertek company) dba Intertek Building & Construction (B&C) was <br />contracted to perform whole building air leakage testing at the above -referenced project. <br />This included whole building air leakage testing (ASTM E779) The building met the performance <br />requirements as specified by the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) when prepared as <br />described in the Building Preparation section below. Testing indicated that the building performed <br />at an average leakage rate of 0.23 cfm/ft2 (cubic feet per minute per square foot) at 75 Pa (Pascal) <br />with an average air flow leakage of 2,088 cfm (project allowable is 2,280 cfm). <br />For INTERTEK B&C: <br />COMPLETED BY: Brian L.
