Assured. <br />TEST REPORT FOR WESTWOOD INVESTORS, LLC <br />Project No.: N8834.01-901-43 <br />Date: 06/02/23 <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br />The Port Gardner Landing — North Building is 1 story with an approximate enclosure footprint of <br />2,900 ft' and an approximate building enclosure of 9,114 ftz, as estimated by Intertek-ATI. <br />TEST METHOD(S) <br />ASTM E779-10, Standard Test Method for Determining Air Leakage by Fan Pressurization. <br />srrTlnKl' <br />PERFORMANCE CRITERIA <br />Per the 2018 WSEC, the air leakage rate shall not exceed 0.25 cfm/ft2 of building enclosure area <br />at a pressure differential of 1.57 Ib/ft2 (75 Pa). <br />BUILDING PREPARATION (SINGLE ZONE) <br />Per general testing practices, HVAC related openings were excluded from the test (Section 13 — <br />Default Preparations). <br />Upon arrival to the jobsite, Intertek-ATI staff conducted a walk-through of the building, both <br />interior and exterior, to confirm the building had been prepared as coordinated in advance with <br />I ntertek-ATI. <br />Exterior doors and windows were closed and latched, and drain traps were filled with water or <br />plugged. Doors connecting the main corridors to any portion of the enclosure, including walls, <br />roofs, and slab on grade conditions were propped open to neutralize pressure differentials. <br />Additionally, intake and exhaust louvers and vents were sealed on the exterior of the building <br />utilizing typical isolating procedures or mechanical dampers were placed in the closed position <br />where applicable.
