Ln terto k 22155 Was Avenue South
Kent, Washington 98032
Total Quality. Assured.
TEST REPORT FOR WESTWOOD INVESTORS, LLC
Project No.: N8834.01-901-43
Date: 06/02/23
"-"N7
TEST PROCEDURE
ASTM E779 Whole Building Air Leakage Test (Single Zone):
The whole building air leakage test was performed in general conformance with ASTM E779
TEC Model 3 fans were utilized to uniformly pressurize and depressurize the building.
Pressurization and depressurization tests consisted of measuring the total fan air flow (cfm)
required at each of six equally spaced building pressure differentials. During pressurization
the minimum induced pressure was 50 Pa and the maximum induced pressure was 75 Pa. During
depressurization the minimum induced pressure was -50 Pa and the maximum pressure was -
75 Pa. The test pressure was measured in representative locations such that pressures in
the extremities could be monitored to determine if they were within 10% of the induced
enclosure pressure. The pressure variation was verified at the highest test pressure. Enclosure
pressures from key elevations of the building and interior building pressure differences were
reviewed and used to conduct the analysis of test results. Baseline pressure readings were taken
across enclosure and averaged over two minutes each, before and after test flow measurements.
