Assured.
TEST REPORT FOR WESTWOOD INVESTORS, LLC
Project No.: N8834.01-901-43
Date: 06/02/23
SFrT1nn1 r,
EQUIPMENT SETUP
22155 68th Avenue South
Kent, Washington 98032
Computer Setup
A laptop computer utilizing TECLOG4 software was set up to monitor and control all test
equipment. Fan flows, building enclosure pressures, and key interior building pressures were
monitored throughout the test.
Fan Setup
TEC (The Energy Conservatory) Model 3 fans were set up in the exterior doors (Reference Section
11, Photographs - Photo 5 and Section 12 - Location Plans). The number of fans set up was based
on the allowable leakage rate to ensure the available cfm achieved the pass/fail criteria of
the enclosure. TEC DG700/1000 manometers were set up to collect fan flows and control fan
speeds with the computer.
Induced Pressure Difference Variation
Interior pressure taps were run to building locations susceptible to significant pressure variations.
The difference between the highest and lowest pressure difference within the test enclosure was
less than 10% of the induced enclosure pressure. Pressure difference measurements were
monitored throughout the test to confirm uniform pressurization (reference "Interior Envelope
Pressure Reference" Locations, Section 12 - Location Plans).
GAUGES:
SERIAL NO.:
DG1000
11732
FANS:
SERIAL NO.:
TEC Model 3
32147
