City of Everett Point Industrial Center (EPIC) Bridge Project <br /> <br /> Page 5 of 28 <br /> <br />Up to forty (40) wetland flags, set by others, are to be located. <br /> <br />2.4 Utility Surveying Services <br />• Surface Observable utilities will be located as found within the surveying limits. <br />• Measure Downs for sewer manholes, catch basins and storm drain manholes with pipe <br />size, material, direction, and invert elevations will be obtained, if possible, at each <br />structure. Nearest drainage structure outside the mapping limits will also be collected. <br />• A private underground utility locating firm will be sub-contracted for marking <br />underground conductible utilities. <br /> <br />2.5 Office Processing <br />This task includes the office processing of the collected survey data, data extraction, field <br />book note reductions, CADD drafting, and other duties required for the generation of the <br />deliverable(s). <br />For 3D laser scanning efforts, sub-tasks include the registering of point clouds; evaluating <br />the registrations; exporting the point cloud data to Civil3D; creating or picking of <br />appropriate points in Civil3D; Linework and Layering, and standard CADD drafting of the <br />deliverables, as required. <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 survey base map (electronic copy). (not to include terrain <br />model) <br />• AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 terrain model, electronic copy. <br />• .XML terrain model. <br />• Signed pdf copy of the mapped areas, if required. <br />• Field book notes, if required. <br />• ASCII file of all topographic and control points, if required. <br />• An ASCII file with point numbers, coordinates, elevations, and descriptions for each <br />survey point, with benchmarks and survey control points clearly identified. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Health, Safety, and Security are priority. 1AG personnel will not proceed if the <br />conditions are deemed unhealthy, unsafe, or not secure from harm of any type. <br />• 1AG is not responsible for any delays due to conditions outside of 1AG’s control. <br />• Permits will not be required for 1AG’s efforts. <br />• Title Reports with underlying documents for the affected parcels to be provided by the <br />AGENCY. <br />Exhibit A
