City of Everett Point Industrial Center (EPIC) Bridge Project <br /> <br /> Page 6 of 28 <br /> <br />• Heavily-wooded site – 1AG is not providing an exhaustive search for unknown artifacts <br />that might be obscured by heavy vegetation. It is possible that certain items may not be <br />discovered during the survey. This includes drone work. <br />• A Record of survey/setting of property corners is not a part of these services. <br />• Tree driplines are not a part of these services, except as noted under. <br />• Confined space entry will not be required. <br />• Drafting and basemaps will comply with current City of Everett Survey & CAD <br />Standards. <br />• Geotechnical bores, potholes, hand holes, and test pit locations are NOT a part of these <br />tasks. <br />• Trees greater than 6” DBH will be located as a part of these tasks. <br />• Rights of entry, if needed, will be accomplished by others prior to dispatching the field <br />crew. <br />• The level of effort for this task is limited to the budgeted level of effort. <br /> <br />Project Limits <br />Project limits will be apparent Right-of-Way to apparent Right-of-Way along Everett Ave from <br />East of Cleveland Ave towards Railway Ave, E. Grand Ave, north along Railway Ave, the <br />roadway within parcels 00480100301400, 00516864703100, 00516864704300 adjacent to the <br />railroad Right-of-Way, and the 30-inch outfall to the Snohomish River as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The railroad Right-of-Way will be scanned and have no personnel entering the corridor. <br /> <br />Please see Exhibit A, Surveying Limits, on following page. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A
