City of Everett Point Industrial Center (EPIC) Bridge Project <br /> <br /> Page 21 of 28 <br /> <br />WORK ELEMENT 6 UTILITY COORDINATION & DESIGN <br /> <br />This work element is performed by Perteet to provide utility coordination and design for the <br />project. The utility coordination and design effort will include the following activities: <br /> <br />6.1 Utility Contacts and Data Collection <br /> <br />Perteet will coordinate with the affected utilities in the corridor to identify where conflicts arise <br />between the proposed corridor improvements and existing utilities. This task will include the <br />following services by Perteet: <br /> <br />• Establish contacts for each utility. Maintain and update a utility coordination log (Excel- <br />based spreadsheet). <br />• Coordinate with franchise utilities to collect record drawings, confirm locations, and <br />verify ownership of the utility facilities. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />• Franchise utilities will provide a record drawing to the CONSULTANT <br />• Effort is limited to making initial contact with the utilities and collecting relevant record <br />drawings. Additional coordination efforts will be done in subsequent phase of work. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />• Utility Contact and Coordination notes <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A
