EnviroIssues <br />shall provide services for community outreach and involvement activities as requested. The <br />activities outlined below may be adapted to be responsive to the needs of the community or <br />changes to the project. Activities may include a portion, or an alternate version, of the following <br />activities that can be accommodated with the Level of Effort shown in Exhibit for EnviroIssues: <br /> <br />• Prepare materials, staff, facilitate, and/or summarize one (1) public meeting, which may <br />include: <br />o Drafting meeting plan <br />o Draft materials including, boards, presentation, talking points, and notifications <br />o Staff and facilitate <br />o Prepare meeting summary <br />• Draft, develop, review data, and/or summarize one (1) project web survey <br />• Draft website updates <br />• Support development of a public involvement plan. This may, include demographics <br />research, identifying language needs, and/or outlining roles and responsibilities for <br />outreach activities <br />• Communications tracking <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• To be determined based on AGENCY and TranTech requests <br />Assumptions: <br />• Work performed will not exceed Level of Effort shown in Exhibit – Subconsultant Cost <br />Computation for EnviroIssues. <br />• If work is requested that exceeds the Level of Effort shown in Exhibit for EnviroIssues, a <br />supplement to cover Extra Work will be executed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A
