One to discuss what equipment should be included in prepurchase and <br />another to review work products. <br />Work Products <br />• Technical specifications for direct procured equipment. <br />• Technical submittal review comments. <br />• RFI responses. <br />Phase 410 – Subconsultants <br />Task 411 – Architectural (MWA) <br />Objective: The objectives of this task are as follows: <br />• Prepare architectural contract documents for the Operations, Maintenance, and Electrical <br />Services Building (OMES), Old Chemical Building, Effluent Pump Station, Lift Station 46, storage <br />building, and the screenings dumpster enclosure, including standard details, schedules, <br />drawings, and specifications. <br />• Provide input to structural engineer for specific facets of the design, including handrail <br />appearance, stairway configuration, and application of the architectural guidelines to structural <br />elements. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• The project architect will produce drawings and specifications of the OMES and Old Chemical <br />Building and repairs to the storage building. <br />• Provide assistance/knowledge for demolition in connection with renovations. <br />• Coordinate and complete all building and site architectural specifications. <br />• Provide final code review and reflect code information on the drawings. <br />• Update architectural Design Guidelines developed during Preliminary Design. <br />• Review deliverable packages for consistency with codes and Design Guidelines. <br />• Architectural drawings for existing structures will be based on existing conditions models <br />prepared during Preliminary Design. <br />• Perform QA/QC reviews of architectural design documents. <br />• Coordinate with all other disciplines to complete the detailed design. <br />• Attend biweekly meetings with the project team to present issues, make recommendations, and <br />make decisions necessary to advance the detailed design. <br />• Provide assistance for intermediate and final design cost estimating efforts.
