Amendment 1 PSA with Brown and Caldwell for Port Gardner Storage Facility Project <br />Exhibit A Scope of Work <br />12 <br />• Demolition Package record drawings (limited to no more than 10 drawings not associated with <br />demolition scope or temporary facilities) will be delivered with storage facility package record <br />drawings. No separate submittal will be made of demolition package record drawings for the <br />demolition package. <br />• An Engineer’s O&M manual is not required in the demolition package. <br />• City’s CM will create, manage, and track Corrective Work Items List <br />• City’s CM will transmit documentation from the construction record not already in BC’s <br />possession for preparation of the Construction Completion Report. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Host final walkthroughs for purpose of corrective work items assessment <br />• Track Corrective Work Items List, including signing off completed items. <br />• Complete warranty items lists and track warranty items completion. <br />• City will contribute IDRs and progress meeting minutes to Construction Completion Report <br />• Complete letters of substantial and final completion. <br />Meetings <br />• On-site corrective work walkthroughs by engineering disciplines. <br />Work Products <br />• Record Drawings from Demolition Package to be included in Storage Facility Package. <br />• Discipline items for Corrective Work Items Lists – all disciplines. <br />• Construction Completion Report (electronic deliverable transferred through OneDrive). <br />Phase 400 – Equipment Procurement <br />Objective: Develop technical specifications for equipment selected for direct procurement by the City <br />prior to general construction contract bidding and award. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• QA/QC and senior oversight of equipment procurement related work products. <br />• Design coordination and management. <br />• Determine what equipment will be procured early and by what means. <br />• Develop technical specifications. <br />• Provide review and comment on assembled prepurchasing documents prior to issuance to <br />vendor(s). <br />• Provide review on prepurchased equipment technical submittals made under the prepurchasing <br />documents technical specifications. <br />• Respond to Vendor RFIs during bidding period and procurement periods for prepurchased <br />equipment. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• Prepurchased equipment is electrical gear, including standby power engine generator, load bank <br />connection panel, and switchgear. <br />• City will be responsible for development of bidding/purchasing process and contracts.
