<br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 4 of 14 <br /> <br />The Consultant shall hold up to three (3) meetings with stakeholders, including, but not limited <br />to representatives for City Public Works (Surface Water Management, Transportation and <br />Maintenance), Parks and Community Services, and Community, Planning & Economic <br />Development. The purpose of the stakeholder meetings is to receive feedback from stakeholders <br />to confirm: <br />· Preferences towards BMP facility type <br />· Locations of planned city improvements that could potentially include regional <br />stormwater facilities. <br />· Confirm areas with higher and lower redevelopment potential. <br />· Facilitate interagency discussion on regional stormwater facility opportunities. <br /> <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· The City will identify all stakeholders to be included in the stakeholder meetings. <br />· The City will schedule the stakeholder meetings. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Stakeholder meeting agenda and meeting minutes with actions/decisions identified. <br /> <br />Task 2.4: Develop Methodology and Metrics for Rating Regional Facilities <br /> <br />The Consultant will lead the development of the methodology for identifying regional facility <br />sizing and locations that will be utilized in task 2.5. Additionally, the consultant will lead the <br />development of the metrics for evaluating and rating regional facility options. The metrics will <br />include facility cost, operations and maintenance, treatment efficiency, amount of area treated, <br />and siting requirements, among others. The metrics will be used to develop an assessment matrix <br />for use in task 3. Additionally, the following will be analyzed in developing the ranking metrics: <br />· Different water quality and flow control facility options <br />· Compare the cost between implementing site-specific BMPs and regional facilities. <br />· City priorities and the vision for stormwater <br />· Input received at the stakeholder meeting. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· City will provide input on priorities and future vision for stormwater. <br />· City will provide available O&M costs. <br />· The City will review the Draft Assessment Methodology and Matrix. <br />Assumptions: <br />· Draft methodology, metrics and matrix format will be developed through input at <br />biweekly City meetings and Stakeholder meetings.
