The Consultant shall draft a memorandum <br />summarizing the water quality and flow control facilities for consideration based on the Pre- <br />Assessment Analysis and the developed regional facility methodology. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· Review Draft and Final Regional Facilities Report prior to submittal to Ecology. <br />· Upload Draft and Final Regional Facilities Report and files for Ecology review. <br />· City will provide input and review comments on the draft Report within the agreed upon <br />schedule. <br />Assumptions: <br />· All cost associated with Land Acquisition will be based on Snohomish County Assessors. <br />· The City will provide as-builts and associated reports for existing facilities <br />Deliverables: <br />· Draft Assessment Approach Memorandum for City and Ecology review. <br />· Final Assessment Approach Memorandum with responses to City and Ecology <br /> <br /> <br />Task 3 – Regional Facility Selection <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to evaluate, prioritize, and rank the regional facility location options. <br />Utilizing the data collected in Task 2, the consultant will conduct a review of the available <br />information and examine potential stormwater quality treatment and flow control regional <br />facilities which will serve both existing and future developed areas. Alternatives will be <br />prioritized to select up to five facilities for advancement to conceptual design. This task will <br />include the following efforts: <br /> <br />Task 3.1: Conduct a data review. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall conduct a data review that will include a desktop Geotechnical review of <br />surficial and deep infiltration capabilities, review of the Water Quality Atlas and Watershed <br />Characterization Tool, and a review of current land use compared to possible rezoning and <br />development due to projected population growth.
