<br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 10 of 14 <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· Review Regional Facilities Report prior to submittal to Ecology. <br />· Upload Regional Facilities Report and files for Ecology review. <br />· City will provide input and review comments on the draft Report within the agreed upon <br />schedule. <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />· Up to ten (10) regional facility planning level cost estimates will be developed. <br />· Five (5) proposed water quality facility location will be selected by the City for <br />conceptual design development, preliminary cost opinions, and detailed assessment of <br />water quality benefit. <br />· There will be one (1) comment review meeting after the draft Regional Facilities Report <br />is reviewed by the City and Ecology. <br />· Planning level 4 cost estimate is assumed to be an intermediate estimate utilizing a 5-10% <br />design and lumped quantity take-offs. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Draft Regional Facilities Report for City and Ecology review. <br />· Final Regional Facilities Report with a formal response to Ecology comments. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Task 4 –Develop Conceptual Design <br /> <br />The consultant will develop five (5) conceptual designs and cost estimates for prioritized <br />regional facilities. A conceptual design report will be developed for approval by Ecology. <br /> <br />Task 5.1 Conceptual Design <br />The five (5) prioritized regional facilities from task 3.6 will be advanced into conceptual design <br />to develop refined feasibility, facility sizing, planning level costs, and associated water quality <br />benefits. <br /> <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />1.
