<br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 11 of 14 <br />Assumptions: <br />· The conceptual project designs will be in accordance with the Stormwater <br />Management Manual for Western Washington. <br />· The Conceptual designs will be based on available GIS information and will be <br />developed in Bluebeam (PDF) exhibits with both in both plan and schematics. <br />· Cross-section views will also be provided. <br />· Site visits at each proposed (up to 5) facility will be performed for verification of <br />contributing basin areas and evaluation of site conditions and potential design <br />challenges not previously evident. The site visit at each site will take up to four hours. <br />· Hydrologic modeling for stormwater facilities sizing will be performed with the <br />Western Washington Hydrologic Model (WWHM) <br />· Conveyance hydraulic constraints directly downstream of the facility will be <br />estimated based on available field and GIS data. <br />· BMP alternatives for each facility recommendations will be based on refined site <br />constraints. <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />· Draft conceptual designs for City review. <br />· Final designs with comments incorporated into the final report. <br /> <br />Task 5.2 Adaptive Management Plan <br /> <br />The Consultant will evaluate the existing basins to identify opportunities for adaptive <br />management. The evaluation will focus on refining the proposed facilities based on current and <br />anticipated redevelopment within the contributing basin, expansion opportunities and <br />maintenance considerations. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />1. City will provide input and review comments on the draft Adaptive Management Plan <br />within the agreed upon schedule. <br />2. Review Draft and Final Adaptive Management Plan prior to submittal to Ecology. <br />3. Upload the Draft and Final Adaptive Management Plan and files for Ecology review and <br />approval. <br /> <br />Deliverables . <br />· Draft Adaptive Management Plan for City and Ecology review. <br />· Final Adaptive Management Plan with a formal response to Ecology comments. <br />
