City will provide input and review comments on the draft and final Technical <br />Memorandum (TM) within the agreed upon schedule. <br />2. City will provide Osborn with documents and reports utilized to develop the existing <br />Regional facility policy. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />o Osborn will work with City finance, legal and Public Works staff to develop the <br />payment agreement template. <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />· Draft and Final Payment agreement template. <br /> <br />Task 6 – Optional Services <br /> <br />In the course of Tasks 1-5, the Consultant and City may identify additional topics that need <br />analysis and/or additional deliverables. This task is to cover that additional work, only after <br />written approval by the project manager. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· Written request for support <br />Assumptions <br />· The allowance for this Task is up to $40,000. <br />· The City PM must provide written approval prior to Consultant performing work under <br />this Task. This written approval will include the agreed number of hours to be used on <br />this Task for the specific work approval. There may be several approvals under this <br />Task. <br />Deliverables <br />· As defined with City’s written approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
