City will provide input and review comments on the draft and final Regional Facility Plan <br />within the agreed upon schedule. <br />Assumptions: <br />o The facility plan will utilize the information developed in Regional Facilities Report. <br />Deliverables <br />· Draft and Final Regional Facility Plan <br /> <br />Task 5.2 Regional Facility Figures . <br />Prepare 1-2 page template summarizing the relevant information for a specific regional facility in <br />a manner accessible to the public. The template should include: <br />· Facility location <br />· Catchment Area <br />· Facility Description <br />· Service area <br />· Type of mitigation credits provided (Enhance/ Basic WQ, flow control. new <br />impervious/only replaced) <br />· Available mitigation credits <br />· Regional Stormwater Facility System Development Charge (aka price for credits) <br />· Maintenance Surcharge (ongoing maintenance charge assessed to the property) <br /> <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />1.
