To identify additional required information and site constraints. <br />Activities/Approach: <br />• Develop 30% design drawings for the entire conveyance needs <br />• Develop 30% specification TOC <br />• Develop construction schedule <br />• Develop AACEI Class 4 construction cost estimate based on the 30% drawings. <br />• Identify information gaps and utility pot holing needs for future design phases. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• AACEI Class 4 estimate assumes a range of -30% to +50% based on 30% design documents. <br />• Drawings will be plan and profile (20 scale) of conveyance needs <br />o Pipes in parallel will be shown on one page <br />• Preliminary Drawing list (33): <br />o Cover page (1) <br />o Drawing list, standard notes (1) <br />o Standard symbols, line types, abbreviations, survey notes (1) <br />o Key Map (1) <br />o Conveyance Options plan and profile sheets (20) <br />o Utility relocate plan and profile sheets (5) (if identified) <br />o Structural vault designs (4) <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Provide review comments on 30% Design package (to be updated at 60%) <br />Meetings <br />• Comment review workshops, 2 hours, in person <br />
