41 <br /> of the City of Everett for the protection and preservation of public <br /> morality, health, peace and good order within the limits of said City, <br /> and its provisions shall be liberally construed for the accomplishm nt <br /> of this purpose. <br /> section 0- Nothing herein contained shall be considered as in <br /> any wise affecting pending prosecutions for violations of Ordinances <br /> No. 2573 and 2580 passed by the City Council, and until said prosecu- <br /> tions are finally disposed of and terminated, said Ordinances shall be <br /> (remain) <br /> and/eontinuo to bo in full force and effect for such purposes only. <br /> section 2&: An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this <br /> Ordinance , being necessary for the protection and preservation of the <br /> public morals, health, peace , good o::der and safety of the City of <br /> Everett , shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication. <br /> Attest: _ `�- <br /> TTayor. <br /> City Clerk. <br /> Passed: August 2 , 1933. <br /> Published: Auguste 4 , 1933. <br /> - 11 - <br />
