41 <br /> of time , to furnish said Commissioner of Safety a copy of said order <br /> for judgment. <br /> per a second violation of any of the provisions of this Ordin- <br /> ance , in addition to the fine or imprisonment provided, if the Ordinance <br /> is violated by the holder of any license', or by any of his employees, <br /> the Court shall make an order closing said place of business for three <br /> months, and thereupon the Clerk of the Court shall furnish the Commission- <br /> er of Safety with a copy of said order, and the Commissioner of Safety <br /> shall proceed as upon conviction for the first violation of this Ordi- <br /> nance. If any employee of any license beer and wine dealer is convicted <br /> a second time for violating any of the provisions of this 4irdinance, the <br /> license of said employee shall be thereupon revoked, and no other license <br /> shall ever again be granted such employee in any capacity with any li- <br /> censed beer and wine dealer. <br /> For a third violation of any provisions of this Ordinance, in <br /> addition to the fine or imprisonment provided herein, if the Ordinance <br /> is violated by the holder of any license, or by employer and/or employee , <br /> the Court shall make an order closing such place of business for a period <br /> of two years and canceling and revoking said license , and thereupon the <br /> Clerk of the Court shall furnish the Commissioner of Safety with a copy <br /> of such order and the Commissioner of Safety shall proceed to close said <br /> place of business and thereafter no license shall be grantee. in such lo- <br /> cation for a period of two years. <br /> Fectioniti Ordinance To. 2580 is hereby repealed and all ordi- <br /> nances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are likewise repealed. <br /> Section.245. If any section, paragraph, phrase, clause or sentence <br /> of this Ordinance is for any reason held unconstitutional or void, such <br /> decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br /> EfectionAili The license provided for herein shall be for the <br /> purpose of raising revenue and for regulation or for the combined pur- <br /> pose of raising revenue and regulation.
