PP <br /> LI CEN SE REQUIRED. <br /> Section 2: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corp- <br /> oration to sell or in any manner dispose of or keep for sale beer or <br /> wine in the City of Everett without first obtaining a license therefor <br /> in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> LIC tSEL FEES. <br /> Section 3: The license fee for one (1) year shall be as- follows: <br /> (a) For a wholesaler Two Hundred Fifty C2250) Dollars. <br /> (b) per a beer and wine parlor operator One Hundred Seventy- <br /> five (±175) Dollars. <br /> (c) For a restaurant retailer (class a) selling and serving on- <br /> ly bottled beer and wine One Hundred ( 100) Dollars. For a restaurant <br /> retailer (class b) selling and serving both draught and bottle beer and <br /> wine one Hundred seventy-five ( l75) Dollars. <br /> (d) For a grocer or a druggist Fifty ( 50) Dollars. <br /> (e) For a hotel One Hundred ( 100) Dollars. <br /> (g) For a social club or fraternal organization Fifty ( 150) Dollar , <br /> I-LICATION FOR LICENSES. <br /> Section 4: Any person desiring a license under the provisions <br /> of this Ordinance shall file with the City Clerk in the City of Everett <br /> an application therefor in writin , which application shall state by <br /> street and number the room where the proposed business is to be conducted. <br /> "aid application shall contain under oath of the applicant, the correct <br /> statement showing where the applicant has resided for the last five (5) <br /> years and what business he has been engaged in during such period. Any <br /> application for any beer and wine license shall be filed at least five <br /> (5) days before the Council shall take action thereon. "Public notice of <br /> such application shall be given by the City Clerk, by one publication, <br /> in the official newspaper. All applications for beer and wine licenses <br /> be accompanied by <br /> shal1/44M*Xlm a certified check on some bank in the City of Everett or <br /> be accompanied by cash in amount of license, payable to the City <br /> - 2 - <br />
