Section 53 - Water Consumers Outside the City Limits of Everett <br /> All water customers without the City Limits of Everett shall be supplied <br /> only through an individual meter or through a master meter. <br /> Rates for metered water supplied to premises not within the City Limits, <br /> co-partnership groups, water districts and private' water companies shall be <br /> as follows: <br /> For each separate premises or building connected, an allowance of 700 <br /> cu. ft. or less, for $1 .00. All above 700 Cu. ft. per month shall be at <br /> the rate of 80 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> The Industrial Water Meter Rate Schedule shall apply to incorporated <br /> towns or cities and large industries when water can be supplied by gravity. <br /> Individual Water Meter Customers shall be charged Two Dollars ($2.00) <br /> as a minimum monthly water meter rate . <br /> Master Water Meter Customers shall be charged Two Dollars ($2.00) for <br /> the first customer connected, and One Dollar ($1.00) for each additional <br /> customer connected. <br /> Connection charges shall be paid for by the party making application, <br /> and for the privilege of connecting to Everett's Water Main, the customer <br /> shall pay a sum equal to the entire cost of the service connection. Everett <br /> shall maintain the service connection. <br /> At the time an application for water is made at the office of Everett's <br /> Municipal Water System, by a party outside the City Limits, there shall be <br /> filed a plat showing the legal subdivision, and all water pipes and buildings <br /> thereon. No extension of water pipes shall be allowed until a new plat is <br /> filed and approved by the Superintendent of Everett's Municipal Water System. <br /> All customers without the City Limits of Everett shall provide suffi- <br /> cient water storage for their needs . <br /> The rules and regulations governing Everett's Municipal Water System <br /> shall apply to all customers without the City Limits of Everett, except <br /> where they may be inconsistent with these provisions . <br /> -25- <br />
