4 <br /> shall first make written application to the Commissioner of Safety of said Jity, <br /> describing the premises by street and number where said business is to be carried <br /> on, and such other information as such Commissioner may require . If satisfied <br /> that a license should be issued to the applicant said Commissioner shall intro— <br /> duce a resolution before the City Council, permitting the granting of such li— <br /> cense , and authorizing the City Clerk to issue a license , upon the adoption of <br /> the resolution, after payment of fee , by applicant. <br /> Section 6: No "Druggist License for the sale of Intoxicating Liquors" <br /> Section t.
