The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code <br /> (IEBC), 2018 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2018 International Mechanical <br /> Code (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the <br /> adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into <br /> the referenced code citations. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application <br /> will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1. The revised door in Partial Plan 1/A2.2 does not provide the minimum accessible clearance on <br /> the pull side as specified in the Door Schedule on Sheet A2.3. Note that only one leaf needs to <br /> comply with this requirement. See IBC Section 1101.2 and ICC A117.1-09 Figure 404.2.3.2(a). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
