CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Beverly Lake Water Quality Retrofit Division 7 – STORM, SEWER, WATER August 2023 <br />WO No. - UPUP3745 SP – 189 <br /> <br />Water Quality Treatment Structures <br />The manufacturer of the water quality treatment structure provided under this <br />contract shall be one that is regularly engaged in the engineering design and <br />production of systems deployed for the treatment of storm water runoff for at <br />least five (5) years and which have a history of successful production, acceptable <br />to the Engineer. <br /> <br />The manufacturer shall guarantee the water quality treatment structure <br />components against all manufacturer originated defects in materials or <br />workmanship for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date the <br />components are delivered to the owner for installation. The manufacturer shall <br />upon its determination repair, correct or replace any manufacturer originated <br />defects advised in writing to the manufacturer within the referenced warranty <br />period. <br /> <br />Water Quality Treatment Structure 1 shall be a Stormfilter device manufactured <br />by Contech Engineered Solutions LLC, of type and configuration indicated in the <br />Drawings, or approved equivalent. This structure will be procured by the Owner <br />for Installation by the Contractor. <br /> <br />Water Quality Treatment Structure 2 shall be MWS Modular Wetland devices <br />manufactured by: Contech Engineered Solutions LLC, of type and configuration <br />indicated in the Drawings, or approved equivalent.
