and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement,
<br /> accordin,: to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction
<br /> of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted
<br /> and approved.
<br /> Section 2, That seventy-five per *cent , of the cost and expense
<br /> of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall
<br /> be paid by the City of Everett out of its Auto Highway and Road and
<br /> Bridge Funds, and that twenty-five per cent . of the °Cat of said im-
<br /> provement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne
<br /> by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district
<br /> herein created, in accordance with law, The City of Everett shall
<br /> not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses
<br /> of such improvement in excess of the seventy-five per cent. above
<br /> mentioned, except as provided in Chapter 141, Session Laws of: 1923,
<br /> and. Ordinance No. 2126 of the City of Everett.
<br /> Section 3: There is hereby established a local improvement
<br /> district, to be called Local Improvement Distriot No. 50it $
<br /> which district shall include the following described- property, to-wit
<br /> South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 8; Lots 9 to 22,
<br /> Inclusive; South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 23, all
<br /> in Block 608, Plat of Everett.
<br /> South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 8; Lots 9 to 22,
<br /> Inclusive; South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 23, all
<br /> in Block 609, Plat of Everett.
<br /> South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 8 Lots 9 to 22,
<br /> Inclusive; South ten feet (S 10' 5 of lot 23, all
<br /> in Block 610, Plat of Everett.
<br /> South ten feet (S 10' ) of lot 8; Lots 9 to 15,
<br /> Inclusive; Lots 18 to 24, Inclusive; South ten
<br /> feet (S 10' ) of Lot 25, all in Block 61i, Rucker' s
<br /> 1st Addition.
