B100 is a continuation of the total reroof project of Merrill Creek located at 6300 Merrill <br /> Creek Parkway. <br /> From the visual inspection and core cuts that were performed this winter,the existing roof <br /> membrane consisted of 1 BUR over 3/4" coverboard over 2 1/2"polyiso ridged roof insulation <br /> fastened to steel decking. All core cuts were dry with no moisture present between membrane <br /> plies. Existing insulation is properly fastened to meet wind uplift requirements and confirmed <br /> dry. <br /> The overall assessment of the existing roof condition meets IEBC section 705.3.1.1 requirements <br /> for a 60mi1 TPO roof re-cover. <br /> If additional information is needed,please let me know.
