CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Beverly Lake Water Quality RetrofitDivision B – BID DESCRIPTIONS August 2023 <br />WO No. – UP3745 SP - 31 <br /> <br /> <br />Bid Item 21 - Water Quality Treatment Structure #1 <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />The lump sum price for Water Quality Treatment Structure #1 shall be full compensation for <br />all labor, materials, incidentals, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the <br />work as defined in these Contract Documents. The lump sum price does not include <br />procuring the precast structure which will be provided by the City of Everett. All items <br />identified as “contractor to provide” in the Drawings shall be included in this bid item. <br /> <br />The lump sum price includes, but is not limited to, excavation, installation and backfill of the <br />water quality treatment structure, connection to storm drains and installation of the internal <br />components, and transporting the structure from the designated pick up point to the site. All <br />items identified as “contractor to provide” in the Drawings shall be included in this bid item. <br />The lump sum price shall include all bedding, gravel borrow, or other soil material associated <br />with the water quality structure, including haul. <br /> <br />The lump sum price includes, but is not limited to, installing cartridges, initial cleaning, <br />commissioning, any documentation and all required maintenance and guarantees described <br />herein. <br /> <br />Bid Item 22 - Water Quality Treatment Structure #2 <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />The lump sum price for Water Quality Treatment Structure #2 shall be full compensation for <br />all labor, materials, incidentals, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the <br />work as defined in these Contract Documents.
