Seatronics, Inc. <br />JOB NAME: <br />LOCATION: <br />TYPE SYSTEM: <br />DATE: <br />Installation Supervisor: <br />1.0 SCOPE <br />ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURE NO. 111137 <br />Boeing Everett Final Assembly VESDA Systems <br />Boeing Everett 787 JV VESDA <br />Early Warning Smoke Detection and Alarm System <br />This Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) describes the functional tests required to verify that the <br />installed detection and alarm system functions as intended by the design drawings and contract <br />specifications. <br />2.0 REFERENCES <br />2.1 Seatronics drawing set 111137 <br />3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES <br />3.1 Approval parties for acceptance testing shall be the owner's representative. <br />3.2 On completion of the test, the designated representatives shall sign the approval sheet in <br />the space provided for witnesses, whether or not exceptions have been taken to the <br />results obtained during the test. <br />3.3 Should any of the approval parties object to the results obtained during the acceptance <br />testing, they shall so notify the Contractor's Field Engineer. Any such notice given verbally <br />shall be confirmed in writing within forty-eight (48) hours after performance of that <br />portion of the test to which objection is taken. The notice shall summarize the objections <br />and shall state the reasons for same. <br />3.3.1 Certain minor exceptions may be of sufficient small magnitude that a <br />qualified test approval may be given. In this case, a list of such exceptions <br />shall be entered on the page provided and the "Test Approved with <br />Exception" block shall be signed. The signature shall indicate that the <br />exceptions are of such nature that a re -run of the acceptance test is not <br />necessary to demonstrate that the exceptions have been adequately <br />rectified. <br />3.3 After the ATP is satisfactorily completed and all exceptions have been cleared, the <br />Owner's Representative shall sign the "Approved and Accepted" block. <br />3.5 The Contractor's Field Engineer shall be responsible for the organization and performance <br />of this acceptance test. <br />3.5.1 The Contractor shall provide all material and equipment required to <br />perform the test except as noted below. <br />
