Please note the following comments are not a <br /> thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal <br /> checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the <br /> Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. Please provide height calculations per the attached residential construction checklist(see pages 4-5 and the <br /> example site plan on page 8). The site plan needs to show the average base elevation calculations. <br /> 2. Please call out the overall height of the addition, measured from the average base elevation. <br /> 3. The site plan indicates a bathroom is proposed, but it is not shown on the floor plans. If a bathroom is proposed <br /> in the addition, please show on the plans. <br /> 4. Please call out all existing setbacks. For example,the front and side setbacks of the house were not provided. <br /> 5. Please provide all exterior building dimensions of the proposed addition (only two were provided). <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 <br /> copies of any revised documents/plans.
