Operational Characteristics: <br />Stormwater runoff generated by the proposed site will sheet Flow towards the curb and <br />inlet where it will be conveyed to the existing CSO connection see plans for storm <br />system and grading. <br />Perpetual Maintenance of Facilities: <br />Since this is a private system, maintenance will be provided by the owner of the site. <br />flffsite Easements: <br />There are no offsite easements for this property. <br />Regional Facilities: <br />We are in a CSO area and will utilize the existing c;ischarge point to this system. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The stormwater facilities proposed for this development will collect and discharge <br />sturmwater as required by the City of Everett.
