The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application <br /> will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. <br /> Comments <br /> 1. The proposed project has been submitted as modifications to a single-family residence (SFR). <br /> However, the project appears to be converting a SFR into a duplex. The project requires <br /> approval from the Planning Department. See additional comments below. <br /> 2. The proposed project appears intended to comply with the requirements of the 2015 <br /> International Residential Code. The code should be specified in the construction drawings. See <br /> the Everett Municipal Code Section 16.005.030 Article A. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
