J.The windows in the extended building in Plan 1/A1.6 are not specified
K.The isometric view provides a partially cut-through view. The purpose of this is not clear.
L.The structural plans on Sheet 5200 appear to indicated new Main Floor framing and
modifications to the roof. Only partial plans are shown, but the extent is indicated for the
whole house. It appears that the interior gravity load paths have been modified. The plans are
not sufficient to indicate the proposed work and the revised load paths. See also Detail
11/S300 adding collar ties, and Floor Detail 3/S300 indicating the Main Floor framing is
"existing to remain".
M.The construction of the new roof at the south end per Section 9/5300 is not clear, particularly
at its attachment to the existing house, which is not shown in the section.
N.The Roof Framing Plan on Sheet S200 shows a dormer overframed on the new roof. The roof
sloped north to south per Section 9/5300, not east to west as indicated by the overframing.
The dormer cannot be constructed as shown.
Once again, this is not an exhaustive list of issues with the submitted drawings, nor does it replaced
the original review comments.
