Specifically, the <br />corner walls above the start of the stairway. Plans should provide a detail/information of how <br />the scissor trusses in the Living Room extension are connected at the wall/beam above the stair <br />location. <br />15. See Sheet 1 and 2. Provide framing support/foundation for the stairs and stair landings. <br />R106.1.1 <br />Additional Comments <br />1. A beam calculation was submitted for the 8 3/4 x 15 GLB. Plans should specify the <br />spedes/grade of the GLB, the bearing support requirements, and connections of existing <br />framing members to the new beam. Calculations should be submitted confirming the existing <br />footing is adequate for the reaction of the beam. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
