5. The Main Floor Plan or*eet A22 shows a whole house ventilao system in the New <br />Y , <br />Laundry room. The following comments should be addressed: <br />a. The drawings should state compliance with one of the systems specified in Sections <br />M1507.3.4 through M1507.3.7; the requirements for the selected system should be <br />specified in the plans. <br />Response: A General note has been added to Revised Floorplan A2.2 to <br />indicate compliance of system is required with the above indicated code. <br />b. The location of the fan places it in a room that is separated from the remainder of the <br />house by a door. It is recommended that the fan be relocated to a central unobstructed <br />location, such as above the stairway. <br />Response: The whole -house fan location has been revised to be above <br />stairway as indicated on the revised sheet A2.2. <br />6. The New Laundry room in the Main Floor Plan on Sheet A2.2 should include a note requiring <br />the dryer exhaust to comply with IRC Section M1502. <br />Response: A General note has been added to the Revised sheet A2.2. <br />7.
