Alex Byrd
From:
Alex Byrd
Sent
Tuesday, April 13, 2021 11:19 AM
To:
RUSS@DESIGNSNW.COM; ABARRIO@FRONTIER.COM
Subject
2610 Hillside Drive - Permit B2101-041 - Planning Corrections
Attachments:
Residential Construction Submittal Checklist (PDF) with attachments_
201904181017087664(1).pdf
Hello,
Thank you for submitting a building permit for additions to an existing single-family residence at 2610 Hillside Lane,
permit B2101-041. In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following:
Please provide height calculations. Height calculations are required when additions are proposed to an exiting
structure. Please see the attached Residential Construction Checklist for instructions on how to calculate height
(see page 5). Since this is the only correction that needs to be made to the plans, please feel free to email me an
updated site plan with the height calculations and I will print it out for the file. The average base elevation and
overall height also need to be shown on the elevation drawings (see example of page 5). Instead of revising the
plans and reprinting, please email me an updated electronic copy of the elevation drawings and I will redline the
plans accordingly.
Please note that a survey will be required of the front (north) and east (side) property lines because the
proposed additions are located within 1-foot of these required setbacks. This is to ensure the additions are
constructed to meet the required building setbacks.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
— Alexandria Byrd
Assistant Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
425.257.7281 1 3200 Cedar Street 2n° FI., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
