Secondary containment facilities shall be maintained free of accumulated rainwater and spills. <br />In the event of spills or leaks, accumulated rainwater and spills shall be collected and placed <br />into drums. These liquids shall be handled as hazardous waste unless testing determines <br />them to be non -hazardous. <br />. Concrete is used as a construction material <br />. It is not possible to dispose of all concrete wastewater and washout off -site (ready mix plant, <br />etc.). <br />.
