6 Plans C3.01 How will drainage from the west be collected? If so...that's not <br /> ideal, and the collected area should be included in the <br /> treatment unit sizing. <br /> 7 Plans C3.05 CBs SD9 and SD7 have adverse changes in elevation.This <br /> will cause the upstream pipes to be perpetually full of <br /> water which will lead to increased maintenance costs and <br /> plugging issues as sediment is likely to settle out in the <br /> pipes. Is this necessary? Is the Port willing to take <br /> responsibility for the additional maintenance burden? <br /> Typically this configuration would not be acceptable.SD 9 <br /> is especially concerning as it is below MHHW. <br /> 8 Operation - . Provide a cover sheet for the Operation and <br /> and Maintenance Manual to make it a standalone document. <br /> Maintenance • Include owners and parties responsible for <br /> Manual <br /> maintenance. <br /> Include maintenance requirements for all stormwater <br /> elements on the site, including CBs,pipes, etc. SWMM cut <br /> sheets are acceptable. <br /> 9 Declaration - Provide a recorded copy of the Declaration of Covenant to <br /> of Covenant the City.This is required prior to Public Works Permit <br /> Issuance.We recommend removing"And Grant of <br /> Easement" from the title and footers,as we have found that <br /> the County is requiring this form to be recorded twice. <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
