Please respond to <br />comments in the table's response column provided. If you have any questions regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please <br />directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Tawnya Herman, at THerman@everettwa.govmailto:TJorgenson@everettwa.gov. Please note <br />that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate <br />comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments related to this construction permit or the associated ongoing Land Use review, or from <br />the Building Reviewer for architectural, structural, or other types of drawings. <br />Resubmittal: Please send your electronic resubmittal to THerman@everettwa.gov (email with a downloadable link to the electronic files) and drop <br />off your hard copy resubmittal to the Permit Services 2nd Floor lobby/mezzanine at the "Drop Box for Permit Intake" spot. For more instructions, <br />see our permit application submittal & re -submittal Instructions (PDF). Lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3:00pm. Required <br />resubmittal items are as outlined below: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet (PDF1 for your use upon resubmittal. <br />ii. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments plus land use conditions. <br />iii. Drainage Report: Revised Drainage Report <br />iv. 0 & M Manual: Revised 0 & M Manual <br />v. Declaration of Covenant <br />
