Any person cancelling a call for taxicab or for- <br /> hire ear after a cab or for-hire car has been dispatched in answer there- <br /> to, may be charged the prevailing rate for such taxicab or for-hire car. <br /> Section Every Every person being served with a taxicab or for-hire <br /> car as herein provided shall be entitled to have conveyed without charge <br /> such valises or small baggage as can be conveniently carried within the <br /> vehicle . He shall be entitled, at the option of the driver, to have any <br /> trunk carried thereon at a charge not to exceed fifty (50) cents. <br /> Section. ‘e7; Automobile stages engaged in Inter-city traffic, the <br /> terminus or principal place of business of which shall be in the City of <br /> Everett, shall not operate in said city without first having procurred a <br /> license from the City Clerk so to do . <br /> The license for automobile stages engaged in Inter-city traffic <br /> shall be 410.00 per year. <br /> , U-DRIVE-EU <br /> // i <br /> Section / : It shall be unlawful fo engage in the business of <br /> letting out for hire any passenger automobile or other motor propelled <br /> passenger vehicle, where the one to whom such vehicle is let is to drive <br /> or furnish the driver for the same, without first having obtained from <br /> the City Clerk of the city of Everett, a license to engage in such busi- <br /> ness, the lied fee for the period of one yearshall be the sum of 410.00. <br /> Section ' .
