It shall be unlawful to engage in the business set forth in Section or this Ordinance without keeping a register in which there shall be kept the name, age, sex, number of operator' s license time of taking the vehicle and the time of returning the same, and the date thereof, and also a space in said register to be signed by the person or persons hiri.,04 any such vehicle.
