. ' . . , , . Section : It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a hawk r unless he shall have a license to to do, to be known as a "Hawker' s 6t ,,,,or ense". The fee for such Hawker' s Licanse shall be, and the same is P /Nhereby fixed in the sum of Ten (410.00) Dollars per day; provided, how- ever p that no license shall be issued for the hawking of those articles where a Peddler' s License is required, unless such hawker shall have also a Peddler's Ligense.- Section Any person who goes from house to house within the city of Everett taking orders for goods, wares or merchandise or any atticle or thing of value for future delivery or for services to be performed in the future or for the making, manufacture or repair of any article or thing whatsoever for future delivery shall be deemed to be a solicitor within the meaning of this Qrdinance. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business or occupation of solicitor within the city of Everett without obtaining from the City Clerk a license to be known as "Solicitor' s .iJicense". The fee for such Solicitor' s License shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees provided in this Ordinance for Peddlers of the same pkoducts. i Section*: It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle any article or thing in the city of Everett, except as otherwise herein provid- ed, without first procuring a license so to do, to be known as a"Peddler' s License". Each Peddler' s License shall specify the articles or things to is be peddled and the time for which the samOesued.
