• • <br /> • <br /> which date shall be not less than ten (10) ars and not more than <br /> fifteen (15) days from the date of filing such application. <br /> Notice of said hearing shall be given by publishing the same <br /> in one issue of the official paper of the City of Everett not <br /> less than five days before the date fixed for said hearing. <br /> At the date fixed for such hearing, any person or persons may <br /> be heard for or against the granting of such petition, and the <br /> city council shall determine whether or not the location named <br /> in such application conforms with the provisions of this ordin- <br /> ance, and if found to be in conformity therewith, shall direct <br /> a permit to issue, otherwise such application shall be reject- <br /> ed. <br /> SectiJn 4: A permit having once been issued to any per- <br /> son, firm or corporation, to carry on such business at any <br /> certain location, shall continue in force so long as such per- <br /> son, firm or corporation shall continue to carry on such busi- <br /> ness at such location. <br /> Section 6: Any person, firm or corporation now engaged <br /> in the business aforesaid, and any person, firm or corpora- <br /> tion to whom license to carry on such business shall hereafter <br /> be granted, desiring to change his, their or its location, shall <br /> apply for a permit therefor, which af,plication shall take the <br /> same course and be subject to the same provisions as herein pro- <br /> vided for an original application. <br /> Section 6: Any person, firm or corporation, who shall <br /> engage in or carry on the, business of undert?„ker or mortician, <br /> contrary to' the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject, on conviction, <br /> to punishment by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period <br /> not elceeding thirty days for each offense; and each day that <br /> any such person, firm or corporation shall engage in or carry <br /> on such business contrary to the provisions of this ordinance, <br />
