• • • which date shall be not less than ten (10) ars and not more than fifteen (15) days from the date of filing such application. Notice of said hearing shall be given by publishing the same in one issue of the official paper of the City of Everett not less than five days before the date fixed for said hearing. At the date fixed for such hearing, any person or persons may be heard for or against the granting of such petition, and the city council shall determine whether or not the location named in such application conforms with the provisions of this ordin- ance, and if found to be in conformity therewith, shall direct a permit to issue, otherwise such application shall be reject- ed. SectiJn 4: A permit having once been issued to any per- son, firm or corporation, to carry on such business at any certain location, shall continue in force so long as such per- son, firm or corporation shall continue to carry on such busi- ness at such location. Section 6: Any person, firm or corporation now engaged in the business aforesaid, and any person, firm or corpora- tion to whom license to carry on such business shall hereafter be granted, desiring to change his, their or its location, shall apply for a permit therefor, which af,plication shall take the same course and be subject to the same provisions as herein pro- vided for an original application. Section 6: Any person, firm or corporation, who shall engage in or carry on the, business of undert?„ker or mortician, contrary to' the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject, on conviction, to punishment by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not elceeding thirty days for each offense; and each day that any such person, firm or corporation shall engage in or carry on such business contrary to the provisions of this ordinance,
