However, the HH Report did not fully address the determination of applicable standards or how all of the minimum requirements would be addressed. Moreover, the City has adopted the 2019 Stormwater Management Manual while the HH Report was designed under the 2014 manual. Each new application must comply with the stormwater requirements in effect at the time of application. The stormwater site plan (SSP) for each new application must include a determination of applicable requirements and a summary of how each minimum requirement (MR) is addressed for the project. It's totally acceptable to reference back to the HH Report for the MR's that apply, but the documentation needs to be provided in each new SSP. In addition, most projects will require a site -specific backwater analysis for the onsite conveyance system design. Since this project does not add any new conveyance the analysis is not needed. 2 SSP The 2019 Stormwater Management Manual includes substantially more source control BMPs and requirements than previous manuals. Please review the requirements for MR3 and address any necessary source control measures based on the anticipated use for the site. 3 SSP The project design appears consistent with the assumptions of the HH Report.
