If the dumpster installation becomes part of this <br />project note that DCSS Section 4-5.2 will apply. The dumpster <br />enclosure may need to be drained to sanitary sewer and <br />covered. <br />5 <br />C3.01 <br />Are any additional protection measures warranted for the <br />existing storm pipe that will be under the new building? If this <br />pipe fails at some point in the future the hotel could be <br />impacted. Based on the plans in the HH report it appears to be <br />around 3' below grade and may be close to the proposed <br />footings. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
